SPOT
The park is a vast site of just under 200,000 m2 spread out on a hill overlooking the Sea of Japan. On the horizon, islands in the Sea of Japan (Rishiri Island, Amauri Island, and Yaishiri Island) can be seen. The park also has a campground and auto campground with green grass, and bungalows and car sites are available. The campgrounds do not require reservations, and the entire area is available for use free of charge. Reservations are required for bungalows and auto campsites, and each campsite has different fees. A service called "Tebura de Camping" is available to rent a complete set of camping equipment, making it easy for people from far away to come and camp. The park also has a swimming beach, a park golf course, a 1,200-meter-long go-cart track, and a hot spring accommodation facility "Shosanbetsu Onsen Hotel Cape no Yu." The entire park is registered as "Michi no Eki☆Roman Kaido Shosanbetsu.
