Opened on March 25, 2024, the "Otaru International Information Center" where English, Chinese, and Korean speaking staff are permanently stationed, and "Port Marche otarue", a souvenir shop handling Otaru and Shiribeshi specialty products.

The information center has 3 counters, making it easier to serve multiple customers, and the pamphlet shelves are arranged by the window so that materials are easy to see. With digital signage, in addition to showing PR videos and spot introductions for Otaru tourism, a foreign currency exchange machine is also installed. Pamphlets for the Otaru and Shiribeshi areas, and foreign language versions of tourist maps are also abundantly available.

At "Port Marche otarue", starting with Otaru sweets and desserts, marine products, and crafts, local specialties from near Otaru, and famous confections representing Hokkaido, and small items such as T-shirts and magnets, we mainly stock tourist souvenirs.

Inside the parking lot, 3 large containers are installed. They can be used for takeout food and drink sales, or as a rest space for customers.
