Opened on March 25, 2024, the Otaru International Information Center has staff on hand who can speak English, Chinese, and Korean, and Port Marche Otarue is a souvenir shop that sells specialty products from Otaru and Shiribeshi.

The information desk has three counters, making it easier to serve multiple customers, and the brochure shelf is placed by the window so that the materials can be easily seen. Digital signage shows promotional videos and information about Otaru tourism, and a foreign currency exchange machine is also installed. We also have a wide selection of brochures for the Otaru and Shiribeshi areas, as well as tourist maps in foreign languages.

At Port Marche Otarue, we carry a wide range of products, including Otaru sweets, desserts, marine products, crafts, local specialties from the Otaru area, Hokkaido's famous confections, T-shirts, magnets, and other accessories, all with a focus on tourist souvenirs.

Three large containers have been installed in the parking lot. They can be used for selling takeaway food and drinks, or as a rest area for customers.
