The new Otaru International Information Center and Port Marche otarue souvenir store opened on Monday, March 25, 2024.

The new information center has three counters to make it easier to handle multiple customers, and pamphlet shelves are located near the windows for easy access to materials. Digital signage provides Otaru sightseeing PR videos and spot introductions, and foreign currency exchange machines have also been installed. A wide variety of pamphlets and foreign language sightseeing maps of Otaru and Goshi area are also available.

The "Port Marche otarue" store offers a wide variety of Otaru and Goshi regional specialties and famous Hokkaido sweets, making it a representative souvenir store of Otaru that is familiar and accessible to many customers.

Three 40-foot containers are set up in the parking lot, one for take-out food and beverage sales and the other two for customer rest areas.
