"Hachinoki," which opened in February 2016 as three norenwake (branch-off) stores of Sapporo's famous restaurant "Sumire."
From its opening's initial stage, it is a super popular restaurant that is still continuing its popularity even now.
The number one popular is "Miso Ramen." It is a classic-style Sapporo Miso Ramen, and the noodles are custom-made medium-thick wavy noodles with outstanding compatibility with the soup. The served crisp bean sprouts, when eaten together with the noodles, their deliciousness doubles. It is a masterpiece that makes one think, "This is truly Sapporo."
