The impact of covering the rice! Specialty "Spilled Salmon Roe"

Originates in Kushiro City, East Hokkaido, known as one of the best fishing grounds in Japan. The first store in Sapporo opened in 1997. Fresh seafood purchased every morning from the Sapporo Outside Market is served as sushi. The centerpiece of the menu is the gunkan, a sushi boat filled with home-made salmon roe, which is about three times the size of a typical sushi. The lively shouting and drumming rhythm of the sushi is also part of the fun.
