Ramen Chikuma, located in Nishi Ward, Sapporo, is a popular ramen restaurant known for its "Chicken Soba with White Soy Sauce," an exquisite combination of "water chicken" chicken broth and white soy sauce. They also offer limited-time menu items that pay homage to local ramen, such as "Chuka Soba" with a "double soup" that combines chicken broth and dried sardine broth, and "Yamagata-style Spicy Miso Ramen." It's a 12-minute walk from Kotoni Station on the subway, and has easy access with ample parking.
