Conveyor belt sushi restaurant Nemuro Hanamaru Nishino branch

A popular restaurant originating from Nemuro City, a famous fishing spot in eastern Hokkaido. The sushi is thoroughly kept fresh until it is eaten.

They have their own processing plant, where they process fish as soon as they are landed. They ship them to the stores immediately, and they also strictly manage the temperature according to each fish. Their motto is to prevent loss of freshness as much as possible and provide the freshest sushi possible. They are very particular about using seasonal fish "raw" whenever possible, and will only purchase high-quality fish, even if they are popular, as long as they are not fatty.

They also focus on providing the same quality of food from opening to closing. They cook the sushi rice frequently throughout the day, so they always have shiny vinegared rice ready. They don't let up on that attitude even when it's almost closing time.
