The recommended menu, the "Enjoy Course," includes alcohol and snacks, as well as the popular "Salted Caramel and Pistachio" parfait. The parfait is accented with fragrant almond tuile and blackcurrant mousse, making it delicious and never boring until the very end. The secret to its popularity is the table seats on the third floor where you can enjoy projection mapping, and the wide variety of drink pairings.
