"Chukasoba Furaidou" in Toyohira Ward, Sapporo is a ramen noodle specialty restaurant located on the second floor of the popular "Sapporo Tsukemen Furaidou". The shop's signature menu items are "Back Fat Niboshi Soba" made with carefully selected dried sardines, and "Jidori Soba" which condenses the flavor of Hinai Jidori chicken. In addition, "Asa-ra (morning ramen)" with a different soup than usual is available only on weekends, attracting many ramen fans.
