The observatory is located at the fifth station (about 500 meters above sea level) of Mt. Overlooking the deep forest at the foot of the mountain that overwhelms all who see it, and looking up at the magnificent Mt. The observatory is reached by a steep unpaved stairway and back. It is also a popular night view and star gazing spot for locals. There are public restrooms at the parking lot of the Lookout Stand Park, which is the starting point of the Mt.
