Tomakomai City Museum of Art
The museum opened in 1985 as the "Tomakomai City Museum". In July 2013, the museum was renovated as the "Tomakomai City Museum of Art" with an art museum section.
The museum collects materials related to natural history, archaeology, Ainu, folklore/history, and art, and holds special exhibitions that make the most of its unique characteristics as a natural history and art complex.
