Hokkaido Kikkoman
Overview
At the Chitose factory operated by Hokkaido Kikkoman, visitors can tour the soy sauce production process, guided by staff. Visitors can watch a video about the manufacturing process and secrets of soy sauce, learn how soy sauce was made in the Edo period, and learn about the current soy sauce manufacturing facilities. After the tour, visitors can purchase Hokkaido's limited-edition products at the store.
All tours are held indoors, so they can be enjoyed even on rainy or snowy days.
