ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will be hosting the "Beer Garden 2025 Chef's Table 'Freshly Picked Hokkaido'" (5:30pm-9:30pm) at the all-day dining restaurant "Haskap The Garden" on the first floor for two months from July 1st to August 31st, 2025. The price is 6,000 yen for all-you-can-eat and drink. Advance tickets (5,500 yen) will also be on sale from May 15th to June 30th, saving you 500 yen.
Hokkaido in summer brings together cool weather, long hours of sunshine, land nurtured by meltwater and the bounty of the sea. At this event, Chef Akinori Yamamoto will use plenty of fresh vegetables from his hometown of Chitose and seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido to offer a wide variety of chef-selected dishes, including international cuisine, Hokkaido local cuisine, and "camp meals" that go well with alcohol.
We recommend the grilled cabbage with coarsely ground meat sauce, a camping meal. The grilled cabbage, which is cooked to bring out its fragrant and sweet flavor, goes perfectly with the slowly simmered meat sauce. Other dishes on offer include Atka mackerel and local vegetables aqua pazza, Chitose vegetables with ratatouille and cheese doria, Hokkaido specialties such as the original ramen salad and chicken wing zangi with zantaré sauce. Also available for dinner only is Jamon Serrano, sliced right in front of you by the chef. You can enjoy the aroma and texture of freshly sliced meat.
In addition to beer and wine, there is a wide lineup of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including the original "Chitose Highball" made with groundwater from the Naibetsu River spring, one of Japan's 100 famous waters, and homemade craft cola. Even those who don't drink alcohol can enjoy themselves.
During lunchtime (11:30am - 2:30pm), we also offer a lunch buffet (3,200 yen) with the same "Freshly Picked Hokkaido" theme, as well as a plan that includes all-you-can-drink alcohol (5,000 yen).
Chef Yamamoto says, "We have created a menu that showcases the appeal of Hokkaido's seasonal ingredients, which can be enjoyed not only by locals, but also by tourists from Japan and abroad. On nice days, we recommend enjoying your meal in the courtyard, where we have set up an Indian tent, while getting that camping feel. Please come and enjoy with your family and friends."
We also offer an accommodation plan that includes one night and two meals, with a beer garden dinner included.
