Located in Cape Kutsugata Park, this is a beautiful sunset point where Chishimafuro and black lilies bloom in season. There is an observatory on a small hill in the park, from which you can see Mt. Rishiri and Rebun Island in the Sea of Japan. Rishiri, Rebun Island, and the Sea of Japan. The mini-visitor center, designed in an octagonal shape so that visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Rishiri, Rebun Island, and the Sea of Japan, has a small display of materials including videos introducing Rishiri Island and its nature, which changes with the seasons.
