A park with footbaths and handbaths opened in November 2004 in the Toyako Onsen district. The park was created to provide visitors with a casual hot spring experience. The footbath "Yakushi no Yu" (100% spring water, stylishly designed to resemble an umbrella) and the Yakushi Nyorai Buddha sidewalk are located in the park. There is also a towel vending machine and a fortune-telling machine next to the Yakushi Nyorai Hall.
