Competition date: Sunday, August 24th
The Hokkaido Triathlon will be held, covering a maximum distance of 162.9 km from Lake Toya to the foot of Mt. Yotei through three events: swimming, biking, and running. This year, in addition to the triathlon, a new category, "Bike & Run", will be added.

・A Type: Swim 2.0km, Bike 136.9km, Run 23.1km / Total 162km
・B Type: Swim 2.0km, Bike 91.7km, Run 23.1km / Total 116.8km
■ Bike & Run
・A Type: Bike 136.9km, Run 23.1km / Total 160km
・B Type: Bike 91.7km, Run 23.1km / Total 114.8km
