Overview
Hogaja is a fritter osen based on potato starch produced in Koshimizu Town and kneaded with many delicious ingredients from the sea and fields of Hokkaido. At the Koshimizu Hokuyo Factory, located in a former elementary school, you can enjoy shopping and factory tours at the factory's directly managed store, which is stylishly decorated with children's art.
