SPOT
Narawara
A unique natural landscape that can only be seen now
Located in the middle of the Notsuke Peninsula, this is a place where Mizunara oak trees have died. The primeval forests Onnikuru and Ponnikuru are also dying around it, and the area with many dead trees, especially those facing the road, is called "Narawara" in tandem with Todowara.
This area is home to a variety of trees, including Mizunara oak, Erman's birch, Rowan, and Siberian oak, with Mizunara being the most dominant.
*You cannot walk inside Narawara. Please enjoy the view from the parking lot.
