TOM is characterized by its fan-shaped entrance and fairy-tale-like symbolic tower, but what we recommend is the Manga Museum.

Recommended points of interest
The museum houses a collection of about 500 items, including original drawings by Monkey Punch, Yumiko Igarashi, Machiko Satonaka, Shotaro Ishinomori, and others, dozens of which are on display. The collection is especially well-stocked with works by Hokkaido natives Monkey Punch (Hamanaka Town) and Yumiko Igarashi (Asahikawa City).
Yumiko Igarashi's immortal masterpiece "Candy Candy" is worth seeing as it shows the actual process of drawing.
The museum also has a "townspeople's gallery" where works by townspeople are exhibited.
