You may remember the Shizunai Eclipse Hotel in Shinhidaka, Hokkaido, which previously made waves with its "Uma Musume Discount." Their "Famous Horse Concept Room," a renovated suite decorated with victory memorabilia and premium merchandise, has been a huge hit. And now, starting this May, a new concept room dedicated to "that idol horse" is set to launch.

The plan is called "The Tracks of Melody Lane ~Our Beloved Little Idol~." The room is themed around Melody Lane, a racehorse who, despite her incredibly small stature with a body weight in the low 300kg range(!), has competed fiercely in major graded stakes races. This is sure to be popular...!

The room is available for stays from May 16, 2022, to April 28, 2023, at a rate of 28,000 yen per night for one room, including breakfast. As a special perk, guests will receive original merchandise as a gift upon check-in.
