Jozankei hot spring town
Jozankei Onsen town is dotted with bridges with beautiful names that offer views of the rich national forest and valley. The bright red Futami Tsuribashi Bridge, which spans the Futami Jozan Road, is a popular scenic spot and has become the symbol of the onsen town.
It is a luxurious experience to walk along the nature trail from the red Futami Suspension Bridge surrounded by autumn leaves. The autumn leaves reflected on the surface of the water amid the murmuring of the river are magnificent.

Hoheikyo Dam
Hoheikyo Dam is one of the best spots in Japan to see autumn leaves, and is popular with foreign tourists as well. You can see the magnificent natural scenery of Lake Jozan and Senjoiwa Rock, as well as the beautiful scenery of the largest arch dam in Hokkaido.
It is a scenic spot surrounded by steep rock slopes, and together with the spectacular tourist release of water from the dam, it forms a magnificent landscape. It has also been selected by the Forestry Agency as one of the "100 Best Water Source Forests" and "100 Best Dam Lakes."

Sapporo International Ski Resort
A comprehensive ski resort close to Jozankei Onsen. The 8-seater gondola used for winter skiing becomes the "Autumn Leaves Gondola" in autumn, taking you to the mountaintop where you can get a panoramic view of Ishikari Bay.
The Autumn Taste Festival, which brings together foods from around Hokkaido, is also held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You can enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves and the flavors of Hokkaido's autumn.

Okujozankei Kamui Forest <Jozankei Farm>
This is a fruit orchard in Sapporo where you can enjoy various fruit picking and fishing until early November. In autumn, it is also popular as a scenic spot surrounded by 360 degrees of autumn leaves.
In addition to fruit picking, you can enjoy a variety of other attractions, such as tree trekking, zip lining, and the orchard garden, where you can experience the seasonal combination of fruit trees and flowering trees with all your senses.

Mount Hakken
Hakkenzan is covered with forests of deciduous broadleaf trees such as Japanese silverleaf, Japanese linden, and katsura, so many people visit in autumn to enjoy the autumn leaves. At the foot of the mountain, the Japanese elderberry also turns a deep red.
Fruit cultivation is thriving around Mt. Hakkenzan, and there are tourist farms where you can pick fruit and horseback riding facilities, so you can enjoy activities along with the autumn leaves.
