Snow-capped Mt. Yotei (Kutchan Town)
Yotei, covered with snow like sugar topping due to the cold weather the night before.
It is a fleeting beauty unique to October.

Hokkaido is a unique place where you can enjoy both autumn leaves and snow at the same time 🍁!
The snow can pile up in the blink of an eye, or it can suddenly warm up and melt away, so there are only a limited number of periods and places in Hokkaido where you can see it.
I feel the beauty in such places ✨.
A tree with a white-bellied tree (Tsurui Village)
There are many cute striped eagles flying around in Tsurui Village where I live.
Whenever I go to a secret place at a certain time, they always fly over!
I'm looking forward to seeing them in winter, when they will become even more adorable as they turn round and round....

The Striped Enaga (Ailurus fulgidens), also known as the Snow Fairy ❄, lives in Hokkaido.
Many people must be enchanted by their adorable appearance 😍!
They are small and white, so be sure to look carefully near trees and other places so you don't miss them 👀...!
Freight train and the blue skyline (Yakumo Town)
When there were sleeper trains, I used to take this photo early in the morning.
But the best light conditions are in the afternoon. Eruption Bay in the calm summer, and Mt.
The arc-shaped track is suitable for long freight trains.

This is one of those photos that gives you a sense of the great nature of Hokkaido 📸.
Even on a long trip, just looking at the beautiful scenery along the coast or near a lake makes it feel like a quick trip.
Looking at this picture makes me want to take a picture of the train running through nature myself 💡.
