BTS used to come to the Sapporo Snow Festival! The members talk about their image of Sapporo and the "sacred" ramen stores.

BTS, now one of Asia's top stars, actually came to Hokkaido at the time when the Sapporo Snow Festival was held. Here we introduce their impressions of Sapporo and the ramen restaurants that are still known as "sacred places" among fans.

Impressions of Sapporo as told by the members

BTS visited Hokkaido in 2016 to perform at the Sapporo Snow Festival K-POP FESTIVAL, a K-POP event that has been held since 2009. Here are some comments made by the members themselves at that time.

When asked by RM, "What kind of image do you have of Sapporo?

SUGA: "Sapporo has good food...I want to eat ramen.
JUNGKOOK "I guess it is famous for its hot springs.
J-HOPE "Sapporo is famous for its snow festival!

They all happily talked about the charms of Sapporo.

The songs performed at the live concert held at Zepp Sapporo at that time were "Run", "Boy in Luv", "DOPE", "War of Hormone", "Attack on Bangtan" and so on. For those who said they participated in those days, this was a very rare opportunity.

Charity activities have also been enthusiastic since those days. And a ramen store in the holy land.

The live concert was held on February 6, but we visited Hokkaido on the 5th, the day before. After arriving at New Chitose Airport, the members visited a child welfare facility in Sapporo and interacted with children. BTS is known for its active charity activities, and it is evident that they have been steadily interacting with the children since that time.

In addition, the stores that the members stopped by when they visited Hokkaido in 2016 are still known as "holy places" by their fans. One of the most famous is Ramen Taiga, a ramen restaurant in Chitose City.
