"Welcome! How have you been?" Takako-san greets you with a bright smile and her native Kansai dialect, while Hiroo-san focuses on preparing bread in the wood-fired oven behind her. The bread from "toi," run by this charming duo, has a warm flavor that feels like sharing a piece of happiness.

Appearing suddenly in the middle of nature's crisp, clean air. Parking is available for about three cars.
"toi" is located next to a rye field, far from the center of Otofuke, its quiet presence like a scene from a storybook. When visiting for the first time, you might feel a bit anxious, thinking, "I only see fields... is there really a bakery in such a remote place?" Don't worry! It's really there! (laughs)

As you approach the shop, the gentle aroma of wheat wafts on the breeze.

Each loaf is characterized by a deliciousness that is never overpowering.
