On Thursday, September 12, 2024, the ramen food hall "mingle!" opened in the 4th-floor dining area, "COCONO Yokocho." It brings together five carefully selected ramen shops from both within and outside Hokkaido. With about 200 shared seats, it's a spacious place to enjoy a meal. The 3rd floor will have an attached bar serving soft drinks and alcohol, while the 5th floor will be filled with capsule toy machines.

From the 5th to the 7th floor, movie lovers can rejoice at the opening of the "TOHO CINEMAS Susukino" complex. This 10-screen, 1,732-seat theater is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including the high-end "Premium Theater" and the immersive "Go-on (Roaring Sound) Theater." The lineup will feature a diverse range of films, from popular Hollywood blockbusters and Japanese movies to anime and independent art films. Live broadcasts of concerts, plays, and sports are also planned.

From the 7th to the 18th floor, the lifestyle hotel "SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL" celebrated its grand opening on January 16, 2024. It features guest rooms designed for both leisure and business travelers, as well as a dining & bar that uses Hokkaido ingredients. The exterior walls are equipped with Hokkaido's largest billboard and digital signage. The digital screen is eye-catching, measuring approximately 26 meters high by 9 meters wide, with a display area of about 230 square meters. It will serve as a new city medium, broadcasting not only advertisements but also facility and regional information.

The digital signage content will feature a time signal by "Snow Miku," a character that supports Hokkaido. She will announce the time every day at 8:00, 12:00, 15:00, and 19:00. Pay attention to Snow Miku's changing messages for each time slot. Additionally, a segment from "Domingo," a media outlet that delivers regional information about Hokkaido, titled "Domingo Recommends! Where to Go? Rabbit Yukine's Hokkaido Outing Info," is set to air. Together with Snow Miku's pet character, "Rabbit Yukine," it will introduce fascinating event information from various regions of Hokkaido.
