F VILLAGE Snow Park, where you can enjoy playing in the snow, will open in November at the Hokkaido Ball Park F Village, which opens in the spring of 2023! Let us show you what kind of fun experiences you can expect.
What is F VILLAGE Snow Park?
The "Ski Experience Area" and "Sledding and Snow Play Area" will open sequentially on November 1 in the "Hokkaido Ball Park F Village," an entertainment space that includes the new stadium of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. Ski sets and clothing are available for rent, so you don't need to bring anything! From skiing beginners to families with children, you can enjoy playing in the snow from November.
Four safe points unique to "F VILLAGE Snow Park
POINT 1: Perfect for first-time snow play!
Even in Hokkaido, there is still no snow in most areas in November. F VILLAGE Snow Park is equipped with artificially created snow and snow mats with excellent sliding performance, snow retention, and durability, allowing you to experience skiing as early as November.
POINT 2: Beginners-only slopes are also available!
F VILLAGE Snow Park" offers three types of beginners-only slopes: Course A is a wooded course located closest to the ball park, Course B, which is located next to the ball park, and Course C, a beginners-only course located in the woods. Course B, located next to the main slope, is a short and wide course recommended for beginners. Course C, the last course, is the longest course in F VILLAGE Snow Park at 85 meters in length.
If you are worried about going to a big ski resort, we recommend that you get used to it before trying it out.
POINT 3: Concierge staff provides support!
The concierge staff will carefully support you with advice on rental equipment and how to enjoy the snow. Rental ski boots and wear from the outdoor brand "Salomon" are available for rent. Experienced staff will also advise you on size fitting and ski board adjustment. In addition, a ski academy is available for a fee, so you can learn while sightseeing in Hokkaido.
POINT 4: The snow escalator makes it easy to move around!
For beginners who have difficulty moving around with their skis on, the F VILLAGE Snow Park is equipped with snow escalators. The escalator moves over the snow and allows you to move while standing on the ground, so even those who have trouble getting on and off the lifts can move to the top of the slopes with ease.
Business Hours and Fees
F VILLAGE Snow Park is scheduled to open from Wednesday, November 1 to the end of February 2024, and will be open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on all operating days. Admission is 2,200 yen for adults and 1,650 yen for children (up to 12 years old). Other special plans that include admission, ski equipment, and sled rental are also available.
