There is a small flower garden along with a lighthouse monument inside a parking strip along Route 232 in Rumoi City. The overpass near Kushiro Station. It is famous as a place where railroad fans often come to take pictures throughout the season. If you happen to be in Kushiro, please stop by and take a look.
