My Shop is in Momotaro Dentetsu!? "The Pudding Spread Shop is Us!"
When you think of a board game series that has been popular with all ages for over 30 years since 1988, "Momotaro Dentetsu," or "Momotetsu" for short, comes to mind. Many people may have learned about regional specialties like Izumo's soba noodles or Okayama's kibi dango through Momotetsu. A post from a shop in Hokkaido, announcing that their store was featured in this very game, has become a hot topic.

The shop that made the post is "The Kingdom of Sweets Happy Deers" in the town of Oshamambe. Located along National Route 5, the shop has a direct sales store in the front and a factory in the back, priding itself on sweets made with carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients and methods.
The store is a "super flashy sweet shop" converted from the former Nakanosawa Elementary School.
Comments poured in not just from fans of the shop, but also from people who had bought the property in the game, saying things like, "Being in Momotetsu is amazing," "I bought it lol," and "10 million yen for 80% profit... *gulp*... what a bargain!" As anyone familiar with the game knows, a property worth 10 million yen with an 80% profit margin is an incredibly good deal!

How did you feel when you found out your shop was featured in Momotetsu?
It's an honor to be in Momotetsu. We are just filled with gratitude.
What was the reaction like?
There were comments, but I was more surprised by the huge number of likes we received.
Finally, please tell us what makes your shop special!
We offer a lot of free samples at our shop, and coffee is also free. Our products are occasionally featured on TV, TV station mascots sometimes visit our store, and international tourists buy our sweets as souvenirs. We've been loved quietly but steadily for a long time.
