The second lineup of artists has been announced for RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2024 in EZO, taking place on Friday, August 16th, and Saturday, August 17th, at the special outdoor stage next to Tarukawa Wharf in Ishikari Bay New Port. A spectacular lineup of 19 artists will gather in Ishikari this summer, including Kaela Kimura, making her first appearance in 10 years, Shigeru Izumiya, performing for the first time, and local Hokkaido heroes THA BLUE HERB.
