The New CHELSEA, Reborn with Ingredients from Hokkaido
CHELSEA has been a long-selling product from Meiji since 1971. Famous for its classic TV commercials, its rich butter flavor and iconic black and floral packaging won it many fans. The rich butterscotch-flavored CHELSEA is being revived with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, using fermented butter and fresh cream from Hokkaido.

This "Hokkaido Nama-Shokkan CHELSEA Butterscotch Flavor" will be available exclusively in Hokkaido starting September 3, 2024. Advance sales will begin at New Chitose Airport on August 10, and after September 3, it will be available for purchase mainly at tourist souvenir shops in Hokkaido.
