1 The World of Toulouse-Lautrec, a Painter Active in Paris "Lautrec Exhibition: Lines that Capture Time"
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec is a painter who symbolizes the glamorous Belle Époque of Paris at the end of the 19th century. This exhibition features approximately 260 items, including drawings, posters, prints, and photographs, and includes drawings that will be shown in Japan for the first time, as well as valuable materials that convey the production process. The exhibition gives a glimpse into Lautrec's inner world and the vibrant times of the time, and will be held from the 3rd to the 5th of the new year. Be sure to stop by during the New Year holidays.

2 Enjoy the romantic city of Sapporo at "Sapporo White Illumination"
The Sapporo White Illumination, which colors Sapporo's nights, will be held again this year in the center of Sapporo, including the South Exit Plaza just outside JR Sapporo Station. The fantastic light decorations beautifully decorate the city of Sapporo, captivating all who visit. If you're visiting JR Sapporo Station or the center of Sapporo on your way home or out and about, be sure to enjoy the sparkle of the illuminations.

A special exhibition celebrating the 85th anniversary of the classic animation "Tom and Jerry," which was created in 1940 and has been loved by people of all ages. Experience the charm of the slapstick comedy of the cat Tom and the mouse Jerry through an experiential exhibition that focuses on the daily lives of the two and their friends. 4 "King & Prince POP UP STORE 2024 Re:ERA" in a space that recreates the music video
A pop-up store celebrating King & Prince's 6th anniversary, "King & Prince POP UP STORE 2024 Re:ERA" will be held at Sapporo PARCO. Based on the theme of their 6th album "Re:ERA" released on December 11th, a space has been created that recreates the music video for the lead song "WOW" provided by Daichi Miura. Limited goods such as character figures drawn by member Kaito Takahashi, apparel, miscellaneous goods, and random trading cards will be on sale. In addition, live goods and albums can also be purchased.

5 "Funny Art Works" by Farewell Youth's Light and Hikorohi "Funny Art Mansion and its 10 Residents" Exhibition
A collection of "funny art pieces" created by 10 creators including Kazulaser, Farewell to Youth, and Hikorohee. The attraction is the original space created by creative director Akira Entaku, known for the "You're Too Nice" exhibition. 6 The annual end-of-year classical concert "2024 HTB New Year's Eve Concert"
This is the 27th annual end-of-year classical music concert, which began in 1997. Conductor Shigeo Genda will be joined by a host of other talented artists, including guitarist Kaori Muraji, soprano singer Yotomi Kuraoka, and jazz singer Kenichiro Tamagawa. End the year with a special concert featuring a diverse program ranging from classical to jazz, including the famous "Concierto de Aranjuez" and "Tosca."

7 Start the New Year at the mountaintop with the "Sapporo Mt. Moiwa Ropeway First Sunrise Special Operation"
Why not watch the first sunrise of the year from the summit of Mt. Moiwa, which boasts an altitude of 531m and is located close to the center of Sapporo? To coincide with the first sunrise, the Sapporo Mt. Moiwa Ropeway will operate a special service from 5:00 to 10:00 in the early morning. While you enjoy the magnificent first sunrise from the summit, the takeout corner (5:30 to 9:00) and souvenir shop (5:00 to 9:30) will also be open.

8 "New Year's Fun at Takino" along with playing in the snow at Takino Snow World
Takino Snow World, which opened on Sunday, December 22nd, is popular for its sledding on Japan's longest 200m course, as well as skiing, snowboarding and other snow activities. However, you can also enjoy activities unique to the New Year at the East Entrance Rest Area on the premises.
In addition to enjoying traditional New Year's games such as Sugoroku and Fukuwarai, there will also be a photo spot using a kotatsu and a "Kinotan Fortune Telling Slot" that is only available at Takino Park (limited to the first 1,600 people). The participation fee and admission to "Takino Snow World" are free, so it's a great place to come and play with the whole family.

Tomica's largest event, "Tomica Expo in Sapporo - Full of Fun! Tomica World" will be held for four days from January 2nd (Thurs) to 5th (Sun) 2025 at the Premist Dome (Sapporo Dome). You can enjoy impressive dioramas in the exhibition zone, and there are plenty of hands-on activities in the attraction zone. A new special exhibition will be held at AOAO SAPPORO, an urban aquarium in the center of Sapporo. During the day, you can enjoy the secrets of courtship behavior and reproduction in animals, and at night, you can enjoy exhibits and diagnoses on the theme of human love.
