Looking for something to do this weekend? Look no further! From the new version of an exhibition that drew about 15,000 visitors in Sapporo last time, to a winter festival unique to this snowy region, and an exhibition of *that* game overflowing with Y2K vibes, Sapporo has it all. Here are our top three recommended events for the weekend of Saturday, January 18th to Sunday, January 19th.

EVENT 1 Over 270,000 total visitors last time! The chuckle-worthy exhibition gets a power-up: "New! The 'You're Too Nice!' Exhibition & The 'Way Too Much!' Exhibition"

New! The 'You're Too Nice!' Exhibition & The 'Way Too Much!' Exhibition

"The 'You're Too Nice!' Exhibition," a unique exhibition that gathers moments of "nice people" hidden in daily life, is back in Sapporo with even more power. When it was first held in 2023, tickets sold out instantly, and it became a hot topic on social media. It humorously portrays heartwarming everyday scenes, like "a person who bows while apologizing on the phone," or "a person who places a fallen glove on a guardrail so it can be found."
