This video was filmed from the JR Tower Observatory, located 160 meters high on the 38th floor, directly connected to Sapporo Station. At the beginning of the video, the city of Sapporo is clearly visible, but in the next moment, white snow sweeps in from the right, completely obscuring the view.

This sudden change has prompted a flood of amazed comments from social media users, such as, "A whiteout even inside a building," "I got to see something amazing," and "I can watch this incredible video over and over."
