1 Theme cafe "HANGYODON CAFE ~40th Anniversary~" celebrating Hangyodon's 40th anniversary

A theme cafe celebrating the 40th anniversary of Sanrio's popular character Hangyodon will be opening in Sapporo! With a theme of "flower viewing" and "cherry blossoms," the cafe will offer menu items inspired by the scenery of Hangyodon having a flower viewing party with Sayuri and friends, as well as merchandise featuring original artwork.

2 "Come on Everyone! Hokkaido Geopark Exhibition 2025" is an experiential event where you can learn about geoparks in a fun way.

A fun way to learn about the geoparks in six regions of Hokkaido will be gathered at Shin-Sapporo Sunpiazza! Hands-on workshops on volcanic rocks, fossils, Ainu culture, and more will be held, and those who participate in two or more workshops will receive a novelty item. Some booths will also be selling local specialties, so please come and join the family!

3 Put on some snowshoes and enjoy a walk that only winter can offer! "Geimori Snowshoe Walk 2025"

Put on snowshoes, traditional Japanese tools for walking on snow, and take a walk through Geimori in winter! With the clear blue sky, the soft white snow, and the sunlight illuminating the sculptures, you can enjoy an experience that can only be experienced in winter.

Participants will be given a pamphlet titled "Geimori Snowshoe Walk," which includes a map of the open-air museum and the footprints of animals that can be seen in the open-air museum. In addition, the restaurant "Hata no Haru" on the second floor of the Art Forest Center is also open for takeout only. Enjoy a warm meal and a lively snowshoe walk.
