"Wonton noodles 1 bowl" 900 yen
The top menu item, "Chinese noodles with 2 servings," is a standard choice, but we recommend the "Wonton noodles." It's filled with soft and smooth wontons! There are so many wontons that you'll think you'll never run out no matter how much you eat. You can choose the noodles from just one serving, so it's nice that you can order according to how hungry you are.

Wontons served with hot soup are the best!
The hot soup is flavored with dried sardines. Depending on the season, there may be secret ingredients.

The defining feature of Taishoken ramen is the piping hot soup. It stays hot until the very end, so you can enjoy it deliciously. It has a strong dried sardine flavor, and in the cold seasons, when the chicken's umami is enhanced, the secret ingredient of yuzu peel is added.

The noodles are medium-thick and gently wavy.
The noodles are thin and gently wavy, making them easy to slurp and chew, and go perfectly with the soup.
The connoisseur's way to eat it is to serve the raw egg separately.

Also, the proper way to eat this ramen is to order it with the raw egg served separately, rather than with the raw egg included. If you dip the noodles, which are soaked in plenty of soup, in the raw egg before eating, the flavor of the dried sardines becomes milder, allowing you to enjoy a different taste. The texture accentuated by the generous amount of bamboo shoots is also a key point.
Access is immediately after exiting the ticket gates at JR Nanae Station. Parking is also available.

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the store and 4 spaces to the left
The shop is located right in front of the JR Nanae Station ticket gate. "Daishokuken" is a ramen shop where you can taste "Eifukucho-style" ramen noodles that even ramen lovers in southern Hokkaido are impressed with. It is a little difficult to visit because the opening days and business hours are limited, but it is still worth trying!
