2 The 9th Tanuki Nijo Sake Festival: Enjoy carefully selected sake and delicious food stalls

An event will be held at Tanuki Nijo Square, where 50 brands from 14 sake breweries in Hokkaido will be on display, allowing you to fully enjoy the unique flavors of the region! As a special event, there will also be the "Open-Air Sake Bar" with a diverse lineup of fruit liquors made from Hokkaido and domestic fruits, and a "Sake Garapon" corner where you can enter a raffle to win Hokkaido sake.

This special exhibition introduces the fascinating world of Utagawa Kuniyoshi, an ukiyo-e artist active in the late Edo period, through approximately 200 works. In addition to Kuniyoshi's specialty of warrior paintings, you can enjoy a wide range of works, including caricatures and portraits of beautiful women.
