The Sapporo Susukino location will be the fourth in the FAV LUX series nationwide and the first in Hokkaido. The room has a counter kitchen that doubles as a table, and is well-stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. You can also prepare simple meals using the IH cooking heater and microwave.

The bunk beds are surprisingly spacious and comfortable

The lower bunk is a spacious queen-size bed. The upper bunk, a single size, has a hideaway feel that is very popular with children. It is positioned sideways and has ample ceiling height, so it doesn't feel cramped.

The bathroom area features two washbasins, a separate bath with a washing area, and is equipped with a washer-dryer and detergent.

Although there is a laundry room on the second floor where the public bath is located, having the convenience of doing laundry in your own room is a great plus. This makes for a comfortable stay during sweaty seasons or in winter when luggage tends to be bulky.

While FAV LUX Sapporo Susukino offers plenty of Bunk rooms for group stays, there are also single-bed rooms for solo travelers, business trips, or couples. The "Queen" room is 19.19 square meters with a capacity for two people. It features a spacious queen-size bed and a desk, making it convenient for work during a business trip.

Furthermore, the universal room, equipped with features like no steps and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, is brimming with the unique FAV LUX style. The "Universal with HERALBONY" room is 37.48 square meters and has a capacity for four people. On the second floor, you'll find the first large public bath in the FAV LUX series. It is exclusively for hotel guests, with separate sections for men and women; the women's section is accessible via a password. The sauna, set to 90°C

The sauna features impressive lighting. It is said to be a hybrid sauna, equipped with a heater with an auto-löyly function, as well as a heater under the bench. With a 90 cm deep cold plunge bath set to 15°C and an outdoor 'totonoi' space, you can enjoy a fulfilling sauna time.

Additionally, on the first floor of the hotel is a branch of JUNE COFFEE, a cafe originating from Nagasaki. This popular shop is known for its house-roasted coffee and European-style bread. During breakfast hours, it is open exclusively to hotel guests.

Breakfast is a pre-fixe style where you can choose your main, side, and drink. On this day, I chose the seasonal campagne sandwich, homemade granola yogurt, and an iced cafe latte. The cafe & bar is also open to the public for lunch and dinner, making it versatile for various occasions.
