Miffy's complex shop "MIFFY PORT TOWN" has opened in Otaru, a popular tourist destination for the Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. In addition to "Miffy Oyatsudo", which opened in Otaru in 2023, the new shops "Miffy Sea Kitchen", "Miffy Sea Bakery", and "Miffy Patisserie" have been added, and the facility has been significantly renovated.

Each shop is filled with the world of Miffy, and you can spend a heartwarming time in the port town of Otaru surrounded by cute goods and sweets.

Miffy Patisserie, the first Miffy-themed Western confectionery shop to open in the country, has a wide selection of sweets that are perfect for treating yourself, as well as gifts and souvenirs.

"Hokkaido Freshly Baked Cheesecake with Apples" 1,200 yen (excluding tax)

"Hokkaido Freshly Baked Cheesecake with Apples" is a cake in the shape of Miffy's face, made with cream cheese from Hokkaido. The light cheese flavor is accented with apples, making it a perfect match. The package is microwave and oven safe and can be reused as a mold for making sweets, which is a great point for fans.

"Miffy Meets Macaroons" 1,500 yen (excluding tax)

"Miffy Meets Macaron" is a cute set of three color macarons printed with Miffy. The light macaron dough is sandwiched with cheese, raspberry, and mango flavored cream. The colorful packaging makes it the perfect souvenir.

"Umi no Kitchen & Bakery" has joined the ranks of Otaru as the sixth branch of "Miffy Kitchen & Bakery". As Otaru is a port city, it will stock a variety of sea-themed goods, including Boris and Barbara in sailor uniforms, and Miffy playing in the sand.

"Miffy Oyatsudo Otaru Store" is full of seasonal sweets. The Otaru store has a wide selection of Hokkaido-exclusive flavored snacks and relaxing Japanese goods.

Oyatsudo's popular product "Miffy Dorayaki" is now available in a new Otaru-exclusive flavor, "Miffy Dorayaki with An-Bata." The bean paste made with Hokkaido red beans is flavored with a mellow butter flavor, creating a harmony with the moist and fluffy dough.

"Butter Bowl Candy" 850 yen (excluding tax)

The Butter Bowl Candy comes in a bottle reminiscent of Otaru's famous glass crafts, and is filled with rich, butter-flavored candies that will bring back memories of the old days! You'll be addicted to the rich, creamy taste.

To celebrate the grand opening on Friday, July 18th, limited-edition products based on the concept of "Spending time with Miffy in everyone's port town" will be available. In addition, to celebrate the opening of the first MIFFY PORT TOWN store, a limited-edition novelty "swaying acrylic stand" will be distributed to those who spend over 5,000 yen (tax included).
