A new urban relaxation space has opened in Sapporo's Susukino area! A thorough introduction to the popular new spot, "goodsauna & spa SAPPORO"
An urban relaxation space where you can stay to your heart's content
Newly opened at Susukino's landmark "COCONO SUSUKINO"
"goodsauna & spa SAPPORO" was opened with the concept of "Totono. Toro. Hokkaido" as a place where not only sauna lovers but a wide range of people can "take a relaxing stay." The lounge, which opens up to the third and fourth floors, is a calming space where light and shadow overlap. It is open 23 hours a day, from 11:00 to 10:00 the following morning, so it seems like a good place to take a break if you miss the last public transport.

Charging points are installed everywhere, and free Wi-Fi is available, so it can also be used as a coworking space.
Each chair has a convenient USB cable outlet.
The semi-private "Okomori Booths" can be used freely, allowing you to take a nap without worrying about others, or lie down and read one of the more than 1,000 manga books available in the lounge.
There are 22 "Okomori booths" in the shared space and 10 in the women-only space.
In the dining lounge, you can enjoy complimentary original blend coffee and herbal tea, light meals such as fried rice and pilaf, and Hokkaido-themed snacks and drinks.

Deep relaxation in a full-scale sauna supervised by a "master of relaxation"

Our pride and joy, our sauna, was designed under the supervision of Dai Matsuo, a legend in the Japanese sauna world known as "Totonoe Oyakata." Attention has been paid to details such as temperature, humidity, and lighting, creating a relaxing space. The men's area is equipped with a "Waterwheel Sauna" (approximately 90°C). The waterwheel slowly rotates, sending water onto the stones, creating a loyly effect. This is a famous sauna where you can experience the perfect humidity and powerful heat.
The "Totonoi Space" also features Lafuma chairs, which are highly popular among sauna lovers.
The slightly lower temperature "Red Cedar Sauna" (approximately 80°C) is a relaxing space filled with the scent of wood (red cedar) and herbs. Because you can spend time in this sauna at your own pace, it is also known as a "meditation sauna."
We also pay special attention to the cold bath, which is an essential part of a sauna. The temperature of the men's cypress cold bath is 16 to 20 degrees Celsius all year round, without any cooling. The men's cold bath is 13.5 degrees Celsius. The women's cold bath is called the "Hagoromo Cold Bath," and is 16.5 degrees Celsius, as recommended by the "Totonoe Master." It tightens your body from the heat and maximizes the feeling of refreshment after the sauna.
The men's bathroom also features a cypress bath using groundwater.
The bath is a herbal bath made with plenty of herbs from Hokkaido.
Relax and warm up in two types of bedrock baths that can be used by both men and women
A bedrock bath where you sit down. Because it is at a low temperature, you can warm your body slowly and thoroughly.
The unisex lounge offers two types of bedrock baths. One is a "sitting" type, with a temperature of about 60°C. The herbal scent will warm you to the core.
The other is a bedrock bath where you can lay a towel on heated stones and lie down. This is an even lower temperature at 50°C, but the far infrared rays from the heated rocks encourage sweating. Both can be used by both men and women, making it the perfect place to spend some relaxing time with your partner.

The original in-house clothing was created in collaboration with CLASKA, a company that designs unique apparel and miscellaneous goods. It is designed with a focus on breathability and texture, making your stay even more comfortable. A variety of amenities are also provided, so you can easily come empty-handed.
