Parfaiteria Mill

A variety of parfaits are always available

Parfaiteria Mill's parfaits are characterized by their refreshing taste, as they are meant to be eaten at the end of the day. The colorful presentation of fruits, gelato, and other ingredients has an appeal that makes you happy just by looking at it. The attention to detail goes beyond the appearance; the balance of sweetness and sourness, and the compatibility of the ingredients are carefully calculated to create a dish that is harmonious as a whole.

Information about new parfaits will be updated on social media, so be sure to check it out.

As the parfaits place importance on seasonality, there is no so-called "standard menu," and around six types of parfaits are always available for a limited time. They use ingredients from Hokkaido as much as possible, and strive to create the flavors that are unique to each season. They start making the parfaits after an order is placed, so they are at their most delicious the moment they arrive at your table.

So cute you'll sigh! Snow Miku collaboration parfait "Shimaenaga ~Snow Ver.~"

Parfaiteria Mill

Limited time only! Snow Miku collaboration parfait "Shimaenaga ~Snow Ver.~" (2,580 yen)

You can enjoy a new parfait every time you visit, but one to look out for this winter is the "Shimaenaga ~Snow Ver.~", a collaboration between the store's symbol, the long-tailed tit, and Snow Miku, the character that supports Hokkaido. Snow Miku's pale hair color is represented by green apple ginger (a type of marshmallow), while the long-tailed tit is represented by light milk gelato. The subtle acidity creates an exquisite harmony. What's more, it is topped with crushed white genoise (sponge cake), allowing you to enjoy a gentle sweetness that melts in your mouth.

The parfait comes with a coaster (7 types, chosen randomly) and a pick with an illustration of Snow Miku (2013 costume design). Be sure to enjoy this delicious collaboration that showcases the skill of two parfait shops representing Sapporo, Hokkaido.
