18 Kassei no Hi '25: A Spark to Revitalize Tomakomai's City Center (Tomakomai)

An event born from the desire to "warm up the town of Tomakomai and light a fire for that purpose." Dozens of artists, both major and indie, will perform, heating up the center of Tomakomai under the slogan "Be the flame of our proud town."
