1 Enjoy Over 20 Snow Activities and Winter Sports at the "Winter Sports Festival"

This winter experience event is held at the Olympia Zone of Sapporo Teine Ski Resort. You can enjoy over 20 different activities, ranging from snow activities and winter sports like snowball fights and snow soccer, to cultural experiences such as art and juggling.

On the last day of the long weekend, Sunday, March 22nd, there will be a trial session for "Snow Luge (wooden sled)," a snow sport using wooden sleds. The "Hokkaido Wooden Sled Championship" to determine the best in Hokkaido and the "Mini Rice-bag Sled Championship" will also be held, promising some heated competition. Additionally, popular food trucks from the Sapporo area will be there, so you can enjoy some great food too.

2 Savor an Outdoor BBQ Experience Under the TV Tower at "Sapporo Snow BBQ"

This is an outdoor BBQ event held under the Sapporo TV Tower, where you can grill and enjoy food over a charcoal "shichirin" grill. Brand-name meats from all over Hokkaido, such as Shiretoko beef, Shibetsu Suffolk lamb, and Ezo venison, will be available. In addition to a wide variety of meats including Genghis Khan (mutton BBQ) and game, there will also be live music and performances on stage.

3 A Market of Cute and Sparkly Goods: "STV Sunhoseki Fair in Sapporo"

A pop-up event featuring adorable goods will be held at Sapporo Factory. The venue will be filled with cute and sparkly items like accessories, stationery, and small goods from "Sunhoseki," an accessory mail-order brand that captured the hearts of elementary and middle school students from the Showa to Heisei eras.

At the event, you can find exclusive local designs of the popular character "Hoppe-chan" and participate in a workshop to create your very own Hoppe-chan. There are also plans for a Hoppe-chan meet-and-greet and a voice acting experience.
