Snow Miku Time Signal in Central Sapporo to be Renewed on June 8!
▼ (Update added June 9, 2026) The daily "Snow Miku Time Signal" in Sapporo's Susukino has been renewed! The new version with publicly chosen lines has started broadcasting.
Sapporo's "Snow Miku Time Signal" to be Renewed on June 8, 2026
The "Snow Miku Time Signal," broadcast daily in Sapporo's Susukino district, will be renewed starting Monday, June 8, 2026. The "Snow Miku Time Signal" is a video content where "Snow Miku," a character who supports Hokkaido and also serves as a Sapporo Tourism Ambassador, announces the time. It has been broadcast daily on the outdoor digital billboard since the opening of "COCONO SUSUKINO" in November 2023 and has become a beloved feature in the city of Sapporo.
Prior to this renewal, Domingo held a "Call for 'Snow Miku Time Signal' Lines!" contest, which received over 500 entries from all over the country. The lines from five winning entries will be featured in the actual broadcast.
