The "Snow Miku Time Signal," broadcast daily at the Sapporo Susukino landmark COCONO SUSUKINO, was renewed on Monday, June 8, 2026. This updated version features five new lines for Snow Miku, selected from entries submitted by the public from all over Japan. She will announce the time to everyone in the city of Sapporo five times a day.

Renewed "Snow Miku Time Signal" in Central Sapporo

The "Snow Miku Time Signal," beloved by many since the opening of COCONO SUSUKINO in November 2023, was renewed starting Monday, June 8, 2026. The "Snow Miku Time Signal" is a video feature where Snow Miku (Hatsune Miku), a character who supports Hokkaido and also serves as a Sapporo Tourism Ambassador, announces the time. It is broadcast daily on the outdoor digital billboard facing the large intersection in Sapporo's Susukino district, a popular spot for tourists from Japan and abroad.

This renewed version uses lines that were selected through the "'Snow Miku Time Signal' Line Contest!" project held on Domingo. The ideas from the applicants have now become Snow Miku's actual voice, echoing through the streets of Sapporo.

8:00 AM: By Bokyaku-san
