With a landscape that feels almost otherworldly, the North Breakwater Dome is a sight to behold. It's stunningly beautiful at sunrise, sunset, under a blanket of snow, or beneath a clear blue sky. This Hokkaido Heritage site is loved by locals for walks and dog-walking, and is a popular spot for tourists in the summer.
