Moiwa, and from the observatory at the top of the mountain, you can see the night view of Sapporo City, selected as one of the "New Three Great Night Views of Japan". Especially in winter in Hokkaido, the lights and illuminations of the city of Sapporo shine even more beautifully under the clear air.
