咸臨丸終焉150周年記念事業

昨年に本来150周年記念式典を行うところ1年延期となってしまった。
咸臨丸が木古内町サラキ岬沖で座礁・沈没してから150周年の節目に続けて来た活動について昨年は記念誌とDVDを作成した。
