Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel Restaurant "South West" has renewed its lunch buffet from June 1, 2024 (Saturday).
The number of dishes and desserts will be increased, and the contents will be further enhanced.
The menu has also been greatly upgraded to include freshly prepared dishes. On weekdays, the chef's demonstration menu will feature fresh tuna, Toxilaz, and Michi-grown Wagyu beef, while the hall's demonstration menu will feature asparagus, fruit tomatoes, aged cured ham, and other seasonal ingredients, each of which will be offered on a semi-monthly basis. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the chef will demonstrate grilled Hokkaido black Wagyu beef ribeye, and the pastry chef will demonstrate freshly baked waffles and French toast, which change monthly, right in front of your eyes.
The pastry chef will also demonstrate how to prepare a monthly baked waffle or French toast.
