The Otaru Snow Light Path is a winter tradition in the port town of Otaru, where the whole town is decorated with countless snow candles. The main venue is the Otaru Canal, the former Japanese National Railway Temiya Line, and the Otaru Art Village venue, which preserve the history of Otaru, which developed as the gateway to Hokkaido.
