Halloween will be held again this year at Hanakawa Chuo Shopping Arcade Promotion Association for the community to enjoy.
Halloween at the shopping arcade...First 100 children (reservation required). Free of charge. You can get candy as you go around the
shopping arcade. There will also be a photo spot♪
In addition, a food and beverage corner and a children's corner will appear at the venue for the first time (anyone can purchase these items). Please enjoy yourself at the venue as well...
