The long-running event will be held for about three months from late November in five areas of central Asahikawa. This year, the largest number of lights to date will be lit up with 230,000 lights. In the crisp cold air of the harsh winter, the sparkling lights covered in snow create a beautiful sight that is typical of frozen Asahikawa.
